2020 - 

• Preparation, review and coordination of contract documents, plans and procedures, all engineering design submittals,
• Co-ordination with internal team, client, consultants and sub-contractors on document control,
• Set-up, implementation and maintenance of the document control system (both electronic and physical filing),
• Prepare, respond and assist technical submissions, design and shop drawings layouts as well as material submittals,
• Coordinate between the designers/subcontractors and clients’ engineering teams/consultants ensuring that all requirements are conveyed clearly and delivered upon,
• Prepare and/or control quantity surveying, payment applications and change ordersin coordination with site technical team,
• Prepare the contractor’s list of deliverables (submittal of drawings, design and materials) as well as ensures the compliance with the contract and project requirements,
• Maintain organized and detailed project records.Preparation and review of subcontractor contracts,

 2017 - 2020

• Managing parts of the project, presenting daily and weekly reports, setting out site and   organising facilities.
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
• Ensured projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
• liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors   and the overall project manager.
• Coordinate between the designers/subcontractors and clients’ engineering teams/consultants ensuring that all requirements are conveyed clearly and delivered upon,

2014 - 2017

• Plan the delivery of the project at hand.
• Manage the day-to-day working, utilisation, implementation and technical consultants engaged   on client assignments. From ensuring the correct material turns up before a job, to explaining the   work ethics and activities to colleagues.
• Develop contacts with senior staff, directors, and other influential staff within each account   during the implementation phase.
• Produce reports on each project at agreed intervals, and whenever substantive actions are   required.

2012 - 2014

• Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
• Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
• Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required.
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
• Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
• Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
